<p>Metta World Peace got a little taste of his own medicine this week when James Harden elbowed him accidentally during the Lakers vs Oklahoma City Thunder in their playoff game.</p>
<p>The pair have some history after Artest nearly took Harden&#8217;s head off a few weeks ago during a regular season game.</p>
<p>Harden reportedly suffered a concussion after that blow, so he may not be too remorseful that Metta World Peace caught a piece of his elbow in the exchange. The Thunder won the game 77-75 and now hold a 2-0 lead in the series.</p>

<p> Bench press, incline press, dip, and dumbbell fly. That’s the basic routine Arnold Schwarzenegger used to develop the chest that is considered one of the most perfectly built of all time. Chances are, you already knew this “secret,” and you’ve been following it. So, why isn’t your chest more like Arnold’s?</p>
<p>OK, we’ll give you a break. The Oak’s pecs were one of a kind, thanks in part to his Herculean genetics, and he had more time to train than you probably do. (We are, however, assuming you have the heart to work as hard as Arnold, whose dedication to the iron was supreme.) But all that aside, using a routine that was popularized a half-century ago while science and experience have revealed far better methods is, as Arnold would say, for “girly men.” If he were starting today, Arnold would likely take a much different approach.</p>
<p>Since we assume you’re a regular guy with a job and only average muscle-building genes, we think you should, too. What follows is a scientific, superefficient chest workout akin to what some bodybuilding pros are doing today. It will give you every opportunity to build a set of pecs that emulate the ones that helped carry The Oak to seven Mr. Olympia titles.</p>

<p>I can bend wrenches, hold powerful vehicles in place as they try to pull away, and can hammer nails with my bare hands. But no matter how many feats of strength I’ve publicly displayed over the years, the one I get asked to do the most is rip a phone book in half. </p>
<p>There are a lot of gimmicks and tricks out there that can help you do it easily and impress your friends. Tearing slightly fanned pages is one method. Lightly baking the phone book in an oven to make it dry and brittle is another. But there are no shortcuts to building up the kind of brute strength you need to rip the book in half straight up. Getting there just takes simple progression, same as getting stronger on any lift.</p>
<p>Start with a book that is about half an inch thick. Once you can tear that, try another that’s three-quarters of an inch thick and so on.</p>

<p>#1 &#8211; You should focus on stretching a minimum of half the amount of time that you focus on weight lifting. This will allow your muscles to be restored to their normal length. If you constantly train without stretching, the muscles will shorten and become weaker, and the chances for injury to the muscle tissue will greatly increase.</p>
<p>#2 &#8211; Make it a priority to eat at least 5 meals per day. You will want to consume carbohydrates, proteins and fats. Carbohydrates should comprise about 45% of your intake, proteins should comprise 35% of your intake, and fats should not exceed 20% of your daily intake. Half of these meals should be solid meals, and the rest can be shake supplements.</p>
<p>#3 &#8211; Make it your commitment to workout at least three to four times per week. This will insure that your muscles will be stimulated through resistance which will allow your muscles to grow bigger and stronger. </p>
<p>When you repeat this process over time, then you will begin to see the results that you are working for. Train your muscle groups once every three days, and let those muscle groups heal with rest and nutrition on off days.</p>
<p>#4 &#8211; There are very few supplements on the market that are worth consuming, and to avoid all of the buzz about any new supplements that come out all of the time, stick with supplements that have been around for at least 3 years. This will ease your mind as to the safety of the supplement and you will know that it has stood the test of time. Try not to go without a quality multi-vitamin, fish oil, creatine powder and protein powder.</p>
<p>As you can see, there are some easy tips for you to follow to gain the muscle while trimming down on the fat of your body&#8217;s physique. </p>
<p>But there are more important things that you must do to get the body that you want, and without this information, you are going to plateau in a few weeks, and then the frustration is going to set in.</p>
